Real name: Cyril Etienne. French DJ and producer, Deep is the advocate of quality deep house and a renowned aesthete on the Parisian musical scene - his record collection is rumoured to be well over 10 000 vinyls. DJ Deep started out with Laurent Garnier at "La Luna" and became known to a wider audience with his "Wake Up" nights at the Rex Club and the subsequent "Legends" nights he organized himself inviting house legends from overseas (from Kerri Chandler to Tommy Musto). Like many fellow Parisian DJs (DJ Gilb'r, Erik Rug) Deep hosts a radio show on Nova and started as a radio host on Fréquence Gay. Deep has also made multiple forays into sound production either on a solo basis or along with St Germain (Deep Contact) or more recently Julien Jabre (The Deep).
